No. The file you download is still PDF, XLS, CSV or DXF. CNC mode changes grouping in the UI. Named controller files are undocumented.

1-CSP answers how many 6000 mm bars a window BOM uses. Machine mode answers how that nest is grouped for the operator. FeneCAM then exports a plan the shop can print or download. The download formats are PDF, XLS, CSV and DXF only. Named controller files are undocumented.
Optimize first in the 1D profile optimizer. Kerf, 45/45 miters, left/right trim and remnant threshold (MR) belong in that nest. The 1-CSP window-profile guide covers the nest. The remnant vs scrap guide covers leftover. Only after the nest is stable do you pick Single Head, Double Head or CNC and export.
Changing machine mode does not reduce bar count. The double-head vs single-head guide states that clearly; this page is the handoff after that choice.

Pick the mode that matches the machine that will run the plan. Re-export after you switch Single to Double or CNC so the printed sequence matches the clamp.
